Accentuating the design are 1×4 SmartSide or red fir trim and a 46″wx73″h single door, constructed with 2×4 framing and equipped with adjustable steel braces, a keyed door latch, and heavy-duty hinges. Trusses spaced 24 inches on center, 7/16″ OSB roof sheathing, and a choice between 30-year dimensional shingles or a 40-year metal roof offer further customization. Aluminum drip edge on all roof edges and 8″x16″ aluminum air vents on each end complete the design, providing both aesthetic appeal and practical features for a top-tier loafing shed.
